An exhibit specifically designed by six artists for the wide expanses of the Madden Museum is visiting Breckenridge. This enormous and diverse show comes together beautifully as a voice of the Colorado artists displaying their ‘expanded’ view of Colorado. The media ranges from encaustic to textiles and from wood to oils. Colors vary, patterns predominate and still it all holds together. Please come meet the artists January 19th at 5:00 or Come see the show before it closes on February 6.

Faust has spent the last season photographing colors, textures, movement, and light to create this next show at Teal Art Gallery. All of his new works show the details and impressions of mountain photography. The photos evoke a feeling a adventure or peace or awe. Please join us on December 8th from 4:00 – 8:00 to meet the artist and experience the mountains and other landscapes in a new light. Prints of the photos and smaller versions will also be available.

Mary Williams carves aspen, poplar and other soft woods into colorful contemporary standing and wall sculptures. Sometimes using special paint, wood burning, or embossing her pieces with copper or bronze she creates unusual textures and surfaces and designs. Her art is beautifully showcased in both modern and traditional homes giving the comfort of real wood but the color and design of contemporary work. Join Teal in welcoming Williams to Breckenridge Saturday, August 8th from 4:00 – 8:00.

This July, Teal is featuring artists that bring animal art to the next level. This show embodies some words that are generally not associated with animal art: atmospheric, inspiring and adventurous. Two of the attending artists are Ray Maseman and Darcy Baker. Here are some images of their work to get you prepped for the upcoming Second Saturday Walk on July 14th.

Sometimes the cold hard mountains make cold grumpy people (only when they are lacking snow). Sometimes a drink helps, but I am excited to see people loosen up during the Breckenridge Winter Soul Fest. We are going to have a rocking band here Saturday 28th to welcome our exclusive Soul Fest artist Tony Roko from Detroit. Personally, having someone around who can loosen up may be a bit of a shock, but I welcome it as I visit the BAD Art Sale/Silent Auction on Friday [sorry that would have a link but they don't have a website] and then walk around the completed snow sculptures on Saturday.
Please stop by the Teal Art Gallery and personally welcome the visionary artist Tony Roko.

This is how Teal Art Gallery photographs. This was a rehearsal dinner that was here last year, it was beautiful, fun, and easy. My wonderful friend Michael Sasser found the wedding photos and let me know that they are out there. Thanks! Check out this photography by Laura Dombrowski of a Teal Art Gallery event.

We had a fantastic rehearsal dinner last week. It just went so smoothly. Simple and beautiful decorations really set off the space for this semi-casual meet and greet before the wedding. Want to host an event here? Look at our Event Page.

This was a beautiful wedding and reception for Flor and Nexus. I just wanted to share some photos of the space before the wedding. It was really beautiful and everyone had an excellent time. They had the wedding at the front and then just transitioned straight into the reception and partied hardy. Best of wishes for the future.
